LLC or limited liability company

Responsibilities of an LLC

C CORP - S CORP
Before explaining what C CORP is, it is good to remember that there is a specific company model called S CORP. The second is only available for companies where all shareholders are Americans. However, the C CORP, or C Corporation, can be formed, without problems, by foreigners. This business model has a more hierarchical structure, with shareholders, directors and advisors. To work, this model requires the Articles of Incorporation.
